Talent Resource Associate
The Talent Resource Associate plays a critical role in recruiting, retaining, training and placing volunteers in office support and service delivery positions throughout the Region.  Coordinates the efficient and effective operation of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program in SW Iowa .  Supports and coordinates the efforts of the Human Resources/Volunteer Services department within the Heartland Region and acts as a backup to Resource Generalists within the Region.
